WINK is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in experiential marketing or live events.

We have both eyes open on the hunt for a commercial and creative spirit who can elevate WINK’s world to soaring new heights by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, strengthening market positions, and maximizing the company’s commercial performance – and making a success out of existing partnerships.

As a Business Development Manager
You’ll help ensure the smooth functioning of the business and maintain a steady flow of project briefs.

Deploying effective account strategies to bring in new work from new and existing accounts – from pitches to dealmaking
Motivating and mentoring a tight-knit team of account managers
Analyzing market trends and developments and competitor activity to discover new business opportunities and inform the agency’s decision-making
Building and maintaining relationships with potential partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Creating new business opportunities through networking and desk-based outreach
Collaborating with other companies to create synergies and promote joint growth.
Formulating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and maximize profit.
Setting objectives and KPIs to measure and improve commercial performance.

While we’re looking for out-of-the-box people, there’s a few boxes we need you to be able to tick:

5+ years of experience in a business development, account management or strategy role – particularly within an experiential/creative agency
Experience within a production or project management role.
A deep understanding of experiential marketing with the ability to provide strategic guidance and insights tailored to each client’s challenges and needs.
A natural communicator and powerful negotiator capable in dealing with a range of clients across industries and roles
An entrepreneurial mindset to help the company achieve sustainable success.
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
