We’re looking for two sharp, hands-on freelance creatives to join WINK across two major projects.

Working alongside our Creative Directors and Art Directors, you’ll help turn early thinking into strong, surprising ideas and beautifully managed creative output. You’ll contribute to activation concepts and unexpected brand moments, while keeping decks, print trackers and creative deliverables moving.

What you’ll be doing

Building and developing ideas with our CDs and ADs
Creating surprising moments through activations
Translating concepts into clear, compelling presentations
Managing and refining creative decks
Keeping print trackers and deliverables organised
Working independently while collaborating closely with the wider team

Who we’re looking for

You’re a confident mid-level creative: eager to learn, but experienced and self-sufficient enough to take ownership. You work hard, think proactively and know how to keep momentum in a fast-moving creative environment.

Experience within luxury, alcohol, lifestyle or sports brands would be especially relevant. Additional skills in photography, design or graphic design are a definite plus.

Practical details

Start date: 15 October 2026
End date: 10 July 2027
Commitment: 16–24 hours per week
October–December 2026: approximately 2 days per week
January–May 2027: approximately 3 days per week
