Within, every material, finish and flourish – from the patinated copper walls to the subtle references woven into stained glass – has been thoughtfully selected to inspire curiosity and guide guests deeper into the secret world of cocktails.
STIRRING THE SENSES
Guests begin their journey by stepping through the dramatic copper tunnel, a captivating portal transporting them into a hidden world infused with generations of Nolet family knowledge. Each experience is intimately curated, guided by an expert host whose passion and cocktail mastery bring the family's distilling legacy vividly to life.
Through hands-on workshops, guests discover how to artfully blend Nolet spirits in perfect harmony, crafting beautiful cocktails that reveal the subtle secrets of mixology and the timeless elegance of exceptional taste.

Beyond just a workshop, the Nolet Copper Club is crafted through layers of thoughtful design. The striking centrepiece of it all, a one-piece stainless steel bar — creates an inviting space for all to dive deeper.
Storytelling and material design blend across the entirety of the sapce: corten steel, patinated copper, softly curved concrete, and stained glass come together to echo Schiedam’s industrial past and the Nolet family's enduring craft – and around every corner are subtle design Easter eggs: eleven layers, eleven generations, all waiting to be discovered by curious cocktail-lovers.
